The               manufacture               does               not               allow               you               to               return               products               to               the               store,               so               you               are               stuck               without               a               cover               to               protect               the               pool               from               all               of               the               debris               that               falls               into               a               pool               typically.

This               sounds               like               the               greatest               pool               experience               ever               doesn't               it?
We               disassemble               the               pool               after               having               to               inflate               the               upper               ring               every               2               days               to               keep               it               floating               and               pack               the               pool               away.

We               are               hopeful               that               this               year               will               be               different.

We               pray               to               the               gods               of               the               pool               that               it               will               be               easier               and               not               as               many               headaches               as               last               year.

I               have               never               heard               of               a               pool               that               expensive               being               a               single               use               pool,               however               it               must               be               something               that               was               mentioned               on               my               missing               directions               pages.

In               the               process               of               trying               to               set               up               the               pool,               it               keeps               buckling               and               leaning               massively               to               one               side.

So               that               one               side               of               the               pool               is               lucky               to               get               2               feet               deep,               while               the               other               side               has               2               feet               of               empty               pool!
This               was               not               the               experience               I               spent               over               $300               dollars               to               experience.

I               have               called               the               manufacture               to               receive               an               attitude               and               be               treated               like               I               am               the               fool.

This               is               horrible               customer               service               in               my               opinion,               never               have               I               ever               seen               a               company               who               is               so               against               standing               behind               their               products.

I               was               hoping               so               badly               that               this               year               would               be               different.

I               am               only               plagued               by               more               issues               and               hassles               from               something               that               was               supposed               to               be               fun               and               enjoyment               for               my               family.
I               personally               recommend               avoiding               this               type               of               pool,               as               well               as               this               manufacturer               as               much               as               possible.

They               are               horrible,               and               do               not               work               properly,               nor               does               the               company               stand               behind               their               products.

This               is               a               true               sign               of               a               bad               product               when               the               company               will               not               stand               behind               something               they               make.

We               recently               received               an               Intex               above               ground               metal               pool               for               our               children               for               their               birthday               from               the               grandparents.

It               was               found               on               sale               at               Kmart               for               $119.

    It               is               usually               $199.

We               were               able               to               get               everything               that               is               needed               for               the               pool               for               around               $200               including               the               pool.

We               chose               this               kind               because               it               does               not               have               an               inflatable               ring               at               the               top.

This               makes               the               pool               really               12               feet               across               the               entire               way.

You               also               do               not               have               to               worry               about               it               getting               a               hole               in               the               inflatable               part               of               the               pool.

    Our               pool               is               12"               X               30".

This               is               the               perfect               size               for               us.

My               two               year               old               can               stand               up               in               it               without               her               head               being               under               the               water.

I               can               even               sit               on               the               bottom               to               relax               if               I               do               not               feel               like               floating               around               or               playing.
When               it               was               time               to               set               up               the               pool,               we               put               down               a               blue               tarp               underneath               the               area.

It               was               very               simple               to               set               up.

You               lay               it               all               out               and               insert               the               metal               poles.

They               all               insert               into               each               other               to               hold               it               together.

We               have               never               had               one               piece               fall               apart               or               out               even               for               a               second.

You               then               start               to               fill               the               pool.

While               it               is               filling,               make               sure               that               you               spread               out               the               bottom               inside               so               you               will               not               end               up               with               huge               lumps               in               your               pool.

You               will               be               able               to               put               the               pump               together               while               the               pool               is               filling               since               the               holes               for               it               are               pretty               far               up.

The               pump               is               very               simple               to               put               in               using               hose               clamps               that               come               with               it.

Everything               we               needed               was               in               the               box               for               the               pool.
This               pool               does               not               come               with               a               ladder.

Our               older               daughter               and               the               adults               can               just               climb               into               it               with               no               problem.

We               simply               lift               the               little               one               into               the               pool.

I               prefer               no               ladder               because               then               she               cannot               try               to               get               in               by               herself.

We               purchased               a               cover               to               put               on               it.

It               was               a               bit               difficult               to               figure               out               how               to               keep               on,               but               I               am               doing               better               with               it.

Here               are               my               tips               for               keeping               the               cover               on               the               pool.
We               use               a               chlorine               floater               in               the               pool               and               it               does               a               great               job.

The               pump               does               clean               the               water,               but               you               have               to               make               sure               you               clean               out               the               filter               about               once               a               week               if               you               use               it               often.

Make               sure               that               you               vent               the               pump               or               it               will               not               work.

This               is               simple               to               do               with               a               little               twist               of               the               knob               on               top.

Only               vent               it               when               the               pump               is               running               or               you               will               lose               pool               water.

The               pump               does               a               great               job,               but               I               think               one               size               up               bigger               pump               would               be               a               bit               better               for               this               size               pool.
Over               all               I               am               very               happy               with               this               pool               for               the               amount               of               money               paid               for               it.

It               is               a               great               deal               and               perfect               for               our               children.

We               spent               less               money               on               the               pool               than               a               season               pass               to               some               local               water               parks               for               the               entire               family.

They               are               happy               and               so               are               we!
